I haven't run into this code yet with longtubes, but that doesn't mean that others haven't had this problem. If everything else is actually right, and your tune is good, then killing the DTC is a viable option.

If your PCM isn't locked, I can help you do either one.
I don't know if that's the solution to this though. According to another guy that won't stop my truck from going into open loop.

Splitting hairs now, but does your truck have Federal or California emissions?

Usually when you only get 1 side, there is either a leak or a sensor issue.

Don't rule out a fuel or injector issue either.

I would Suggest you take roger up on his offer especially Since he is in AK and has the proper Equipment and know how to diagnose an Issue like this.

If you have a Log, Feel free to post it up. I have EFI live.

PLEASE DO NOT POST YOUR TUNE!!!

So I retorqued my header bolts to just rule out exhaust leaks.Went to clear my codes and found a new one. P1133, "undefined code" I'll get a data log up soon. How long should the log be?

After reading through many, many p1133 (Oxygen sensor insufficient switching) and p0133 threads on ls1tech a majority of people are just messing with the fuel trims to trick the sensor or are just tuning the code out permanently. :\

I turned the code off on mine. I actually saw it turn itself off, but came back on in two days. So, I tuned mine out.

Is your engine still running in open loop?
