Yeah, I don't know if the startup tables are causing the issue anyway. Seems to me that they are setup to decay out pretty quickly.
Did you do a compare to an old tune?
I thought you had already disabled the fuel composition sensor DTCs in the tune. Definitely try that. The fault could be triggering additional enrichment.
BTW, I read that the new flex vehicles just use the O2s to determine fuel composition. They have done away with the extra sensor.

I think I remember the problem being that I could not do a segment swap because they were 2 different OS'. I tried coping the tables 1 at a time and it didnt work. I was told it failed due to the fact that there are so many hidden tables that need to be copied. So unless I can find my OS with no E80 tables or do another dyno tune after I upload the different OS, I am stuck working around the E80 sensor or replacing it.
I dont think I can just load a new OS and copy the VE tables from my old tune and be on my way, but maybe I can.

So I loaded this tune (attached) and got this log (attached)
Same ****.
Where exactly is this sensor so I can take a lookie at it? I thought it was near the fuel filter but I also heard its under the hood, drivers side. Anybody got a location and/or decription, picture?

Don't know if changing the decay tables will help. The enrichment tables are alll set to 0 anyway. Don't see where the extra fuel is comming from but the PCM is commanding an AFR of 8.2 or so for the first 85 seconds. Still rich after that though. Could also disable B3668 to completely disable these tables(theoretically). Also change P0178 and P0179 to "not reported" in C6001.
Maybe the current OS is messed up. Would be nice if the non-flex OS worked. Thought you tried that though when you did the 80E swap?

I thought that was the sensor. I have had to remove it the 37 times I've pulled my tranny to drop the X member.
Theres got to be a wrecked flex fuel truck somewhere I can steal this thing off of.
I dont see where the extra fuel is coming from either. I guess I could load the other 6L/80E OS and see if the idle is correct.

So, I unplugged the sensor, disabled the DTC and it started and idled fine. The AFR on the gauge was still rich (about 11.6 at 2000rpm and 12.4 at 850rpm, in park) I will do a fresh air cal on the WB when I get back and do a test drive. Report back in a few hours....
