I would think that it's a cracked plug. Does it buck at all when you get on it?

Did it happen shortly after installing the PaceSetters, or were they on there for a long time? If so, I'd almost bet on a cracked plug, loose/burnt plug wire, or something along those lines. If it happened immediately after a cam swap, then the misfire monitor needs to be softened up with tuning more than likely, but if it just popped up on its own, you probably have a real misfire. As chevytruck asked, how does it run?

it runs fine and yes it did start after installing the pacesetters never noticed it before. I know we hit the back spark plug with the header trying to move it in at first but i don't think how lightly we hit it would have cracked it......but if you put in in 1st and let it creep you can feel a "miss" or what i call slight hesitation. Sometimes i can feel it when in drive and sitting a light i'll notice it, even more if i crank the AC on.

Replace all your plugs,if you drop one I never use them.They can have a crack so small you can not see,and cause missfires.
I would replace the plugs personally and make sure your wires on good.
I have alot of people come to me because they are throwing a missfire code and everytime I check the wires,most of the time that is the exact problem,the a wire is not plugged in good

the wire caps all "clicked" on the plugs when i checked them.......so i guess plugs it is.....
