1. Does the pink wire on the 16 pin connector at the TAC module go to 0V as soon as the key is switched off?
2. Is it 12V with key-on?
3. Did you test for continuity between the pink wire and ground? the yellow wire and ground? the brown wire and ground? the pink wire and the yellow wire? the pink wire and the brown wire? (all with key off) They should all read infinity on an ohmeter

Should have said to disconnect the connector from the TAC module for these tests?

Also with the connector disconnected from the TAC Module and the key on, test for any voltage on the yellow and brown wires at the throttle body end of the harness.

I rechecked all that with the plug unplugged still no infinity and now I'm getting a steady 1.68ohms on the pink to ground tested key on 16 pin unplugged yellow and brown .50v This is starting to make no sence to me. I'm getting so confused!!

Don't do a pink to ground continuity with the key on - that will probably blow the fuse. Do a voltage test pink to ground with key on - should be 12V. And make sure it is 0V when the key is off. If the TAC module gets power when the key is off P1518 will set. Same will happen if something delays the TAC module powerup.

I rechecked all that with the plug unplugged still no infinity and now I'm getting a steady 1.68ohms on the pink to ground key off Tested tb yellow and brown wire with key on and 16 pin unplugged got .50v worded a lil better. I have checked the pink wire key on 12v key off 0v I'm going to check it all again tomorrow and check for a delay in the tac power up

The key off .5V yellow or brown to ground appears to be normal if the TB was plugged in.

With TAC connector unplugged and TB connected I see 22.5K between the yellow to black, yellow to pink, brown to black and brown to pink. And near 0 ohms between the yellow and brown.

With the TAC and TB unplugged everything should be open circuits/infinite resistance.

This is all key off.

Ok I get open circuits on everything with the tb plugged and unplugged. I figured out I cant touch the probes to test. The pink wire unplugged from the tac is 0 with the key off as soon as I turn the key on I get a flash of 6-12v for a sec then I get 12v when I turn it off I get 1v till the lights turn off then I get .05v for a sec then nothing if I just turn the key on in the acc position I get 1v. Any ideas?? Do you think this has anything to do with my head lights always staying on?
