Default URGENT - Pcm locked?

I was trying to pull the tune from my moms PCM and when I would try it would tell me that its locked. It said to try the option for trying multiple keys so after a few tries I decided to check that box.
After it sat there trying a few times it came back and said PCM not responding. It said to key off for 10 seconds. so I did.
Checked the status on the PCM and it still shows to be fine. Went to start the Blazer and it starts and dies.
Connected again in the Scan tool and pulled the diagnostics and came back with this.

Diagnostic Trouble Codes
P1870 "Transmission Component Slipping" EPA ($10) "Powertrain Control Module (PCM)"
P1870 "Transmission Component Slipping" EPA Pending ($10) "Powertrain Control Module (PCM)"
P1875 "Four Wheel Drive (4WD) Low Switch Circuit" EPA Pending ($10) "Powertrain Control Module (PCM)"
P1626 "Theft Deterrent Start/Fuel Enable Signal Lost" HC ($10) "Powertrain Control Module (PCM)"
P1870 "Transmission Component Slipping" MHC ($10) "Powertrain Control Module (PCM)"
P1875 "Four Wheel Drive (4WD) Low Switch Circuit" C ($10) "Powertrain Control Module (PCM)"
C0222 "Rear Antilock Brake System (ABS) Channel in Release Too Long" H ($29) "Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM)"

I don't have the key fob so my dad is going to go get it from my mom. Did the PCM go into some kind of Anti-Theft? It acts like mine did when it fried but this one still responds and still just tells me it's locked.

Edit: did some searching on P1626 and determined that its a security setting. Apparently I need to wait ten minutes and try again. or clear the code and then wait ten minutes. Won't know which until my dad brings the key back. For some reason he took it with him.
