I haven't heard anybody complain when they go 00 to 02 pcm upgrade, but my o2's were super lazy. Before i knew how to edit the switching points in HPT I compared the pins on the ecm layouts. IMO the 02 pcm was getting the low reference through the case ground and it had no way of seeing high reference. So, I rewired them into the correct pins.

It helped for awhile, then with the headers it was just a matter of time before they go lazy again. Freaking narrow bands. So now I just attack them through the switch points in HPT. EC_Tune on hptforums has a pretty good grip on this if anyone is interesting in messing with nbo2's switching.

You though, sound as if there is a dead short or something? You are frying the bank 1 all the time. Yikes.
