what exactly are you trying to do with it. if its so you can start it then it dont go to the pcm it goes to the starter relay in the fuse box on the side of the fender.
if your trying to hook it up there is a way you can move the starter signal pin (purple) to manual trans spot. and hookup signal wire from clutch to another locatoin. all is done through the fuse box though.
if your trying to something else plz explain

It has nothing to do with starting, the starter circuit is already wired into the clutch switch, as well as the cruise control release. Works perfectly.
This has to do with tuning. My PCM has a T56 segment swap but it doesn't know when the clutch is depressed or released, so it is not using the P/N and In Gear tables correctly for the throttle cracker and throttle follower. It's confusing the f out of me, because it uses the In Gear idle tables, but the P/N throttle follower tables, and it won't use either throttle cracker table correctly. So my goal is to either hook the PCM to the clutch switch, or force the PCM to think the clutch is always released so it always uses the In Gear tables.

Thats wierd. when i did mine i tuned mine just like a 6 spd car and under system in hp tuners i have the option to turn (PRNDL equiped) to none and i tune all my stuff off of (In Gear) lines.

Are you using a T56 or auto segment? Mine worked fine with the auto segment because it thought it was in 2nd gear all the time. With the T56 segment I don't know what it thinks other than that the clutch is depressed all the time. I might go back to an auto segment. Now that I think about it, I can't think of any benefit to using a T56 segment.

I was also told you could not do a T56 segment swap on a truck pcm. Like Bigboy said I just had to make a few modifications in the tune. It may not all be correct but it is all I understood I could do. so far it is working but I am still playing with the tune.

But, I just went back to an auto segment and the throttle cracker and follower table are working as they should now. I don't think there is much benefit to using a manual segment when the auto one works fine.
