What is the maximum position your throttle reads? Trying to figure out why my truck has a random fuel cut and this is one of the loose ends I am tracking down...

Not sure if this is even the cause, but either way it deserves some attention. The throttle never actually makes it to 100%.

Looking back at some logs that looked good when I had my 2004 and tvs1900 with a nnbs tb using an xlink, it goes up to 99% and holds steady there.

But no random fuel cuts, huh?

Correct. Looks like a step function.

Mine stays steady at 98.8%. I have the version where you need to cut the wires for certain applications. Interested to see if the new ones open to 100%. Hopefully someone will chime in.

"Fuel cut" as in as if the rev limiter is kicking in and then it returns to normal, or everything shuts down/REP? Is the logged commanded/desired TP at 100%. There needs to be a 7% discrepancy between commanded TP and actual TP to trigger a fault condition (P1516).

I have seen a small difference in TP depending on whether the GM.ETCTP PID or SAE.TP is logged.

I've never seen it go into REP, just cuts fuel back and then returns to normal. It pulls more back based on how much boost I'm running. Maybe between 6-10% at 13psi or so, and around 16psi I've seen IDC drop by 30%. Doesn't really make much sense. Its almost like it doesn't want to exceed a certain torque value. I logged delivered torque and at max it was always between 560-570.

So fuel is not cut completely, just the INJ DC drops? From your screenshot it looks like this is right after a shift(RPM drop), so I would expect a lower DC there due to the RPM drop. Otherwise the RPMs would have kept climbing and it would just lean out worse.

Torque limiting would normally reduce the throttle opening which did not happen there.

That said, I had strange things happening with my injectors and timing that were fixed by swapping out my Roadrunner PCM for the stock one.
