Pics on how to install?
I would love to see pics of how to install a wait4me tune. I just wanna make sure I can install it in without my parents seeing me do it. If it didn't take long I could easily do it without them seein it. I've saved up 200 dollars and really want this tune.
Also I would like to know if it cuts the 5800 rpm cut-off limit off and the 98mph speed governor. Thanks

You might have to take it to a dealer or someone with tuning software capable of doing a crank relearn after you put the tuned pcm in. He will set the rev and speed limits to your request.

Security relearn? Do I need to just ask the dealer to do a security relearn? I have yet to buy the wait4me tune. But I only need 20 more dollars before I can send them cash. I have no bank account. So a check is out of the question. After the tune is set I'm going to order throttle body spacers. With these two combined and with me running 93 octane..how much of HP and TQ will my 5.3 have been boosted. 40/40? If so that will help alot.

A TB spacer is worthless, we've had this debate a thousand times and someone over on LS1Tech actually tried one on a dyno at one point a few years ago....it lost power compared to stock....
If you're that worried about your parents seeing you do the swap go and do it in a Walmart parking lot or something, even the security relearn can be done there....it's time consuming but you can waste time browsing whatever store you park at to do the swap. If a crank re-learn needs to be done all that will happen is the "check engine" light will come on and you'll need to stop by a dealer at some point to have the relearn done (the truck will still run fine)...if your parents see the light tell 'em you need new spark plugs or something....

Thanks man..I was about to waste money on a TB spacer..well I just ordered the wait 4 me tune. the 170 dollar one. and they said it doesn't have to relearn or anything. Just install and go. Thanks for saving me the money.

Even if Jesse says that no relearn needs to be done the security relearn "may" still need to occur...it's completely dependent upon the individual vehicle unfortunately. It's a tedious process to do the security relearn and will take you about an hour and a half (I'm serious) to do but the procedure is very straight-forward and pretty much idiot-proof....you need more patience than skill to complete it
