Default Please help me get my truck to idle!!

My tuning guy came over last night to help me get my truck running after cam swap. He forgot his wideband, but was able to get the truck to run nice at cruise and wide open throttle. Problem is, we are having a hard time getting it to idle right. He uses a HP tuner and was able to get the truck to idle in park and drive if he locked in an air to fuel ratio of 18 to 1. As soon as he let the O2's take over, the truck wants to idle between 400-1200 and then die. I replaced one of the O2's and swapped MAF sensors and every time you shut her off and restart, she idles fine?? Even swapping between Park and Drive, it is only after you try to pull out of the drive way that she acts like she want to die, but will idle fine every time you restart her. I did drill the center hole on the throttle body plate a 1/64 bigger and that seemed to help, but am not sure if I should go bigger. Any thoughts or anyone live near south bend Indiana area that has a wideband or no more about tuning these trucks then my buddy (he usually tunes Colorados). I went from a 207/217 intake/exh to a 218/224 and LSA changed from a 116 to a 112+4.

I tune in the South Bend area. I think I had talked to you on here once before about your truck didnt I?

Drilling a hole in your throttle plate was a big mistake you are alot better off just getting the idle tuning nailed down in the tune instead.

Idle tuning is pretty easy IMO let me know if you want some help with it.

Ya I remember you. I tried to get a hold of you a while back, but you never replied. The change I made in my throttle body plate was from 2.38mm to 2.80mm. Not much of a change. You able to give me a call right now 574-707-5188??
