po 300 6.0 chevy

so i've had the misfire code pop up when im cruising at highway speeds, and highway speeds only. it's not saving as a code, the ses light flashes and then when i get below 40 it goes away.
does Anybody have any idea why?

Any chance you could get someone with a scanner to find out which one is misfiring?

Could always pull the plugs and start there.....

2002 2500HD 6.0 and i've got a scanner and it doesn't say which is misfiring. i've just got a cheap one though.

plugs and wires were all new a couple K miles ago... maybe coil packs?

bumping this, anybody have any clue? its only at highway speeds and im confused, oh and i have litterally Zero mods besides slightly largertires and different rims.
