Default Po135 po155

My check engine light came on last week before I had a chance to pull the codes I replaced my battery and the light went away for about a week. It came on and stayed on as soon as I cranked it up when I got to work I pulled the codes po135 and po155 which shows to be the heater on the o2 sensors... I've been doing some research and found everything from bad sensors to bad PCM to those are common with long tubes and people just tune it to show no error but i have a nelson tune. I put a newer 5.3 with cam tsp long tubes nelson tune a couple months ago and I haven't had any issues at all... Figured if it was the PCM it would have showed up sooner than now... Anyone have experience with this... Origional to the truck O2 sensors have 270,000 miles on them. I cleared the codes and the light is staying off for now but I bet after a few days it will come back on... Both times it came on it was emediatly upon cranking it
