Troponin

So I get under the hood and I believe I found the fuel sensor where I need to install the power puck to. The problem is, it's in this bracket and I cannot get my hands in to to release the harness. Do I need to remove the bracket or is there a trick to getting this? The instructions don't mention the bracket at all, so I want to be sure.

Lastly, cars and trucks used to have several places in the firewalls to run extra wires etc. I checked and it appears there are none on this truck. Has anyone found that it's required to drill?

have you tried any other forums. like special one for duramax? have not seen a whole lot of the newer duramax's on here, i would ask on another forum

I did, and I finally got a reply.

My next issue is, one moment it's running strong, the next it's spitting and sputtering and knocking horribly. Not sure what is wrong, but I am afraid I am jacking up the truck

is you fuel pump keeping up? maybe running the rails dry..
