Predator programmer programming!
I know most of you are going to say custom tune, but right now that is not an option will be putting in a cam and heads soon enought to wait on that.
Yesterday I was playing arounf with my predator and the real time data. I now LTFT is supposed to be close to 0 but is that brusing around, or full throttle? Also I have no KR so can I add timming, or do I want to take it out? I am trying to tune it a little more, but not sure exatly what I'm looking for. Yesterday I added 2% timming and I think it made quite a bit differance, I can spin the tires at 1/4 throttle till I let off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
For those who don't know my mods are
4.8 with radix interccoled s/c at 10.5 psi

Not sure yet, probably the one flexalite sells. I may just keep the one I have on there now it is doing a great job, and I can wire it up to where the fans will stay on when the tuck is turned off until it hits a predetermined temp.

LTFT's at -4%to-0% at cruise to 25% load on engine. I used a MAF Translator wired into the MAFS harness, with a +5% base to get my LIFT's to + or - 1% to calibrate for my CAI, then I got my Preadator updated to rev.2.12 that allows you to adjust injector slope to compensate for different size injectors, and LTFT tuning. I have mine set at -2% to force my stock injectors to deliever more fuel. So I'm adding 7% more fuel at part throttle. LTFT's at cruise are between -3% and-.78% most of my cruising up to about 25% engine load. Ask why I use the MAF Translator? I don't get very much if any KR, compaired with just the Predator II -7% injector slope setting I get over 10* KR with part throttle load. All with 93 tune, on 87 octane, with +5% spark at 1K-1.8K and min. KR at WOT. Last fillup averaged 17 mpg., all highway I think I can see 20 mpg. with this tune...

hey wireman, i only have the rev. 2.11 i believe, have they come out with a new revision? O yeah did u have any wierd unlock, lock problems when u put ur truck into reverse from drive. thanks.

Sent mine in for update, I had the first rev. 1.03. It was free with original purchase reciept. They updated to rev. 2.12, unlocked it, and removed Pic Chip , whats that?? Have no problems with it, are your doors locking or unlocking on a shift from reverse to drive? Maybe try to restore stock tune, then reload Predator tune. Wait do you have a non factory tune in there... Predator may not work well with a custom tune... Do a search theres some info. on this board

ok yeah somtimes it does unlock when i go from reverse to lock. Well i might have to send my predator in for the new revision. O yeah i have put the stock tune on and then reloaded the predator tune with the same results and i do not have an aftermarket tune on my pcm before i install the predator. If you dont mind me asking what if anything new is there on the new revision. also do u have the u7198 version. thanks

Yeah, mines the U7198, the Diablo site shows only a rev.2.11. After looking at the specs. here: http://www.concoursdirect.com/99gmgasveprp.html I have the ability to adjust spark between 1K and 1.8K at part throttle. Thats the only differance I see...
