As people have mentioned, I think your injector data is slightly incorrect. I have 60 lb injectors that flow 77 lbs. If you only changed injectors, then you just have to change injector data until it runs the same as it did before.

^^^ I did change only the injecctor data, or you talking of just changing the injector flow rate?

Im on MAF open loop.

I have the greg banish dvd but the one i have it only shows how to calibrate the 39 lb injectors of the 03 cobra.

Im trying to figure out so i can start tuning the MAF.

When i start the truck and its at idle teh air fuel its at 15.8 and the truck shakes, rpm's are around 630's to the 800's. If i accelerate and leave it 2500rpm's the air fuel drops around the 14's, Then i let go the gas it goes back at idle air fuel around the 14's after a few second the air fuel starts going up till it reach 15.8 and starts idling bad.

Greg Banishes DVD has the tables for the 60's. Do you have the calibrated success DVD? Without the correct data those injectors are a pain at idle and decel due to there size and response time. Tuned right they are fine. Injector data is key, offset, pulse adder, short pulse, default pulse.

I have these as well, their min pulse isn't low enough and will certainly make idle rough.

Don't believe you AFR until you get the right settings. Might show lean but you are probably too rich. I missed your turck spec, before '03?

Post up the injector part# and a screen shot of your tables.

What are you setting the flow rate at? Those injectors are rated at 60lb at 43.5 fuel PSI. GM runs close to 60psi.

I assume you have both discs, you have to scroll that spreadsheet to the right to get to the 60lb data...and yes in the video he only shows how to do the 39's, i watched that vid on my laptop and had hp tuners open at the same time and jumped back and forth and did exactly what he did with the 39's for my 60's...like i said before tho i had to run thru a ve and maf tune afterwards but it was real quick, one time thru on each and it was good...hth's

^^^ I only got one disc of Greg's, and yes i scroll the spreadsheet till i got to the 60lb tall.

On my file on my injector offset i have units of 20's, 128,148,169 etc..

On the excel sheet they go by units of 16's

I need to do it how the dvd shows, using the interpolate?
