Default Questions with cats removed and wait4me tune

Got my wait4me tune a few weeks ago. Everything seemed great after I got my cam relign done. Then I replaced my cats with test pipe and its seems like my gas mileage has gone way down. Is that possible? Could something be wrong with the tune? Jesse said I wouldn't have to send the pcm back to get reprogrammed if I got headers, so I thought it would be ok with removing the cats. I left the rear o2s hooked up should I have disconnected those or taken them out?

Im going to put some tr55s in tommorow. The truck has 60k on it and Im not sure if the plugs were ever changed.
