2001 5.3. P0300 and LTFT bank 2 is maxed out at 25. Bank 2 injector PW is 4.5 vs 3.5 on bank 1. Truck runs fair but has slight misfire. Disabled closed loop and fuel trims, truck barely runs at all. That rules out O2 problem right? Does this sound like a dead injector?

After testing O2s, plugs, wires, and coil packs, I knew it had to be an injector. Fortunately I had some spares. #6 was malfunctioning. Runs perfect again now.

Good you got it fixed. So what size are your injectors, just not used to seeing a 4 ms at idle. I am guessing 4x lb.

This was on an 01 stock 5.3. I only had my stock 00 injectors, which are like a pound lower, but they were close enough for a temporary fix.
