Good luck
In all sincerity if you get the ve dialed in with the stockers and you set the IFR with the new ones and you notice the trims go way positive you need to lower the IFR the opposite is also true. It is possible to make up for an incorrect IFR value with the ve table or visa verca best scenario is the right ifr value though but there are alot of "professionals" that tune trims with the ifr table . I wouldnt scale the IFR table like the LS1 guys do either, has to do with fuel return on our trucks.
Let me know when she's up and running Im gonna try and hack up my exhaust this week and fix the fueling problems in time to make it to piedmont for the last week.
Good luck

set it at 5.25 across the board to start with on some of the later trucks with returnless fuel I have had to set them at 5.0. then watch your LTFTs and decide what one is closer.

With my ifr table the stock values were set to 24.x (stock 5.3 inj. flow rating) and I just set it to 31 when I installed the 31 lbers trims stayed in line and everything no complicated math is needed. It was only later that I decided to start tinkering with it to lower Inj pulse width. Too make a long story short I ended up back at 31 in the end, I would look at the stock table and if the value coresponds to the stock injector flow rate Id just set it to 42 for the new ones.
I see around 15-16ms with the 31lbers in my 5.3 with it making around 400 at the crank. I think you'll see around the same with those 42's in your new setup just a guestimate
