Looks like your VE table is off by that log... YOur commanding 13.4 but your actual is 18ish... IMO you need to revisit your VE tuning... YOu don't run a MAF do you?

no I don't. The problem is the VE is right where I want it when it's warm. One thing I noticed is the Commanded AFR is never what I have in table B3647. It's always something different.
It's only that lean on cold starts. AT first its okay but after a few seconds the idle starts to lope like it should and then it leans way out.

Do you have your idle fuel trims enabled?

The links above only mention Idle LTC and STC P/N A/C off from what I read over and over again.
I also had IAC Final Airlow sum.
And then everything else listed on that dashboard

I'm going back into my old tunes right now to check over the VE table at idle. I'll probably just recopy that section from a tune when it was good and see if maybe I botched it.

Just increase the bottom to rows by 10% and see what that does real quick...

Some of the values were quite different so I copied up to 1200 rpm from another table. Can't notice a lot of difference cuz the sections where it idles were about the same, but I'll check in the morning on a cold start.
I still don't understand why the commanded AFR doesn't match what I have in Commanded Fuel vs RPM
