Default Random Multiple Misfire not stalling right

Ive heard alot about it you have a random misfire codes that your torque converter wont stall correctly?? it really only stalls to about 2000 rpm and it should stall to 3000..what tables do i need to look at in efilive? i have all the MIL's turned off by the way also..should that be it or is there more to it?

No, a misfire code will only cause your convertor to not lockup. It does not have anything to do with it not stalling up to a desired rpm.

You can try and disable the misfire codes by going into the Engine Diagnostics>Misfire and setting the Max and Min ECT to something high like 265* so it will not read misfires until it reaches that temp.

Yea, what Zick said. I increased the speed where my PCM acknowledges a misfire.
