Default re tune for gutted cats????

would anyone recommend getting a re-tune after gutting your cats, for changes in back pressure???

i have a nelson tune, and i had my cats on when i got him to tune my truck

SOTP difference has not been noticed, being that i made my fastest pass yet after gutting the cats. i had not previously ran with the cats on there. So a difference in track times can not be noticed.

any input on tunes with gutted cats would be appreciated, thanks guys

You can disable the Cat Converter Protection table.

your fueling pe and non-pe is done prior to the rear o2's. So deleting your cats is like essentially putting on a larger exhaust...more flow. I can't think of any thing in your tune that would take advantage of this in such a small scale move.
