Before i got my laptop i was able to power up the V2 scanner by plugging it into my truck. Now if i plug it into the truck by itself it doesn't power on. If i plug it into the laptop i can get it to go to USB Mode but still won't connect to the truck.
I must have a short somewhere but i'm not finding it.

I've updated to 7.5.4 uninstalled and reinstalled the usb drivers. Still only get a connection to the handheld but not to the truck.

I'm running a power converter in the lighter slot so i know its good.

I was actually just doing some googling to see if i could find a PCM Fuse for the controller. I will double check the fuses tho

If the V2 is not powering up when you plug it in to the obdII port, then thats your problem, you popped a fuse. I'm pretty sure its under the hood.
