Only thing my tuner did was raise the idle so my truck wouldnt turn off, but like I said once in a while it will start bogging and turn off with reduced engine power

stock stall with that cam is not going to be a good combo and might be part of your tuning issues.

sounds like your maxing out your map sensor at idle causeing the other problems, he needs to set the max to 75 and leave the min stock just in case it does it fail.

p0121 is the map sensor code.

Since your getting a MAP and MAF code, and then it goes into REP, I think it might be the values in your MAF rationality test table... I believe the REP gets set because there is toooo big of a difference between your MAP and MAF.... Did your tuner tune both your VE and MAF tables or just the MAF table?

Definition of Map Rationality Test table...

"This table defines the maximum difference that is allowed between the calculated airflow (using MAP) and actual measured airflow (MAF)."

Bingo. Something isn't right with the tune. If either VE or MAF were changed to values they should be, then the MAF Rationality test would not need to be changed. Mechanical problem could be faulty MAF (replaced), Faulty MAP (P0106 lends to this), plugged converter(s) (both codes could be caused by this).

If there was a broken wire, P0102 would trip... low frequency code.
