resetting "change oil" message?

Default resetting "change oil" message?
I bought my '06 with 47,000 miles on it, and at the 52,000 mile mark, I did oil and filter. 5 miles later it started telling me to change the oil. This morning, the alignment guy said to just reset it, but didn't say how. Anyone? Please? TIA.

No DIC steering wheel controlls? There's a procedure but I don't recall, someone will chime in shortly

Turn key to RUN position, with engine off... press and release the gas pedal three to four times, within 5 seconds. should beep and show reset in the mileage thingy.

i think its five times... just turn it to run. push the gas pedal to the floor a bunch and hold it and it goes off.

i know on the 99-02 is 3 times... dont know about the newer ones.. should be 3 times like everybody mentioned haha..
