Default Retune for CAI

Do you need to get re-tuned for just adding a CAI Air Raid Jr. Kit?

No you don't need a retune just for a cai. After you get headers I would get it retuned though.

No, but if you get a big sticker on the back glass, you'll need a re-tune. You see, the sticker covers the back glass, which is where the temperature is read, and makes the vehicle read the outside temperature hotter than it actually is. When the vehicle thinks it's hotter, the a/c blows harder and colder. The a/c working so hard puts more stress on the engine, therefore meaning that the engine needs more fuel to be as efficient as before. So, you'll need a re-tune to up the duty cycle on your injectors. Watch out for those big stickers!

Sarcasm. Some pick up on it, some don't.

Any performance mod should eventually get a retune. That said, the Airaid kit is something that doesn't require an immediate retune. I did the same thing, I installed a Airaid MIT Jr. kit and now I'm in the process of installing headers. I will get retuned once all the mods are on.
