siemens 80s at 159% idc?!?!?!?!
So I realize this is not an ls based platform I'm working with but the concept should be the same. I have a inline 5 Colorado with a 76mm running e85. The issue I'm running into is that at 18lbs I'm at 159% idc and 34.4 Ms pulse width. An excerpt from corky bells book states that at 6000 Rpm the maximum pulse width can only be ~20ms(give or take for different can events/profile)
I have started to notice that at close to shift point(6100rpm) the Afr does wacky things and almost leans out sometimes.
Its hard to imagine I am but am I out of injector? My pump setup is dual parallel walbros with the stock lines(I feel plenty adequate)
Thoughts? I'm not near the laptop now but I can probably throw up a log today at somepoint

i have the flow rate set at 63 because 63.5 is max and using the multiplier to get it to the right specs. 1.46 rings a bell in my head
last night i raised base pressure to 72 psi and reworked the multiplier but did not get in good logs before it was time to get it home.
my maf is maxed and has been for some time but adding fuel via eq ratio vs rpm has worked beautifully .
hell every table is maxed for that matter lol. pos p12 pcm with no os upgrades

So it looks like adding base fp and changing the injector multipier is going good.
I had to take the truck on like an hr long trip and didnt think to bring the laptop but the couple times i got in it it performed beautifully. Afr stayed dead nuts in boost at 7.2 afr at 17 lbs and pulls to redline.
Just have to see how far the idc dropped. I suspect its sill insanely high but i cant afford 750 bucks worth of new injectors right now
