yup i had Black Bear tune mine no problems here.. wasn't there a thread a while back where someone was gonna track test the mail orders..??

DONT use nelson performance if you are looking for any kind of customer service. I switched to wheatley from nelson and they are unbelievable when it comes to answer your phone calls, and emails. Both are great tuners but when it comes to how they treat customers Wheatley is top notch.

Go Nelson Performance,he aced my magnacharged 4.8 mail tune on my w/b with ease,no other tuner wanted to do a f/i mail tune....as for there customer service IMO it's great.If they happen to be busy,I leave a message and always get my calls returned

I have and PCMforless was great to deal with too. It was for an old LT1 powered Caprice and they made a world of difference for the car versus a local tuners supposed hot tune (aka the stock tune) that the car had. Customer service was very good as was turn around time. I am waiting on a reply from Blackbear right now and if nothing by Monday I am going to give one of the others a try.
