Default startup/baseline turbo tune

What should I change from my N/A tune to start out with? I don't honestly know where to begin with the spark tables and changing the spark retard vs IAT table and things like that but when it comes to F/I VE, I haven't the slightest clue... I'd love to tune it SD but I honestly don't know where to start. Its not SD now mind you...

alot!! haha

If i had HP tuners i could help you....

First off, you can leave your IATvs Spark alone for now..

OLSD 2bar is the easiest way..

Right before you go into boost you need to ramp your spark down to about 10* or so.. then work it up.. atleast thats what i would do.. and dont you already have TR6 plugs?

whats ur email addy? im goin to send you some pics of my tune...

Nope, I swapped back to TR55s when I took the bottle off of it, but I have 8 brand new TR6s sitting in my tool box waiting for install day... Probably get new plug wires for the whole motor and ceramic boots for the pass side where the log manifold will be.

Send whatever you got to benjamin.p.merritt@gmail.com

I want to just do it as simply as possible...

It will prob be easier if you have Excel?
I know some of the tables in EFI Live and HP tuners are backwards from one another..

Here is my High Octane Timing Table, dont laugh i know its ugly..
See how it ramps down fairly quickly?

You can just slide the IAt table down or up. For starter I would let it start pulling at around 100* to get it running, then tune it.

Are you going custom operating system, and the 2 bar stuff. buy your credits and that stuff as well.

May talk to KB about the tune, see if he can help you out, I THINK he uses a little of hptuners.

Yeah, I'm going to have help with it here but I want to be able to do it all myself if need be... I really don't see the need to go 2bar and COS right now, just to get it running... I can tune it SD with what I've got.I really want to get rid of the MAF though. I picked up an IAT sensor yesterday, ready to be wired in.

what i did was i found a nice solid NA tune and used that for base. scalled the injectors as needed. for when i was in boost i looked at some other ppls VE table and timing tables. i seen where they were and used part of that VE to have a base for when i got into boost. i set my PE and Boost PE very similar. as KPA rises i increased AFR. as KPA rises i lower timing. to know exactly where timing should start to pull i did a log and seen where it first goes above 105kpa then started ramping the timing down.

then as you drive record Wo2 and AFR error and use those to help dial in the tune
