My truck just started doing the same thing as well. It started after swapping PCM's. Does yours only act up when the truck is warm and you start it or every time you start it? Mine only does it when the truck is up to operating temp. I had it scanned and my 02 sensors are brand new but they aren't working properly i was told. I have been reading about it the past few days and the only thing i can come up with is something to do with the throttle position being incorrect, dirty throttle body, issues with the oxygen sensors, or maybe intake gaskets. Let us know when you figure it out.

yeah i have a FP gauge in my dash i moniter.. got well over 55 at idle and well over 63ish at wot, still doing it but not as bad. I just shelled out 180.00 for 2 new o2s today and going to try those(120k stockers lol so they need to be changed anyway). And after that i dunno... Got new tune for gear swap coming next week so ill swap ecms and see if that does anything as well.

Mostly its after i start it once warm... did it on startup at first but as of late its mostly after warm starts. I am still getting my lean codes, but had those before this problem ever started.. Hell im still chasing those as well. Got new style GM gaskets on intake, checked inj o-rings for air leaks, cant find any leaks???

I had the truck on the scanner again today and the only things I saw that were weird was that the throttle position on the scanner was always at 0% even with gas pedal applied and there was some sort of relearn option that was disabled I think. I just swapped an 03 wiring harness and engine onto an 06 and I didnt use the ground circuit plug-in (long story and stupid mistake). I am going to try to get it to the tuner again tomorrow or the next day and see if he can fix anything. The O2 sensors were bouncing all around at idle also. I will let you know if i figure anything out.

Ever figure anything else out on this? I replace both of my O2's and the problem seemed to go away for a few days but it is doing it again and the only code is an evap code.
