Tablet for Tuning?

Tablet for Tuning?
Thinking about picking one up for playing around in Efi on slow days at work. My biggest problem with tuning is I just don't have time at home to really go through all the tables and read stuff. With my EVO I can tether for mobile internet and its small enough to not be a bother in my company truck. Seems it would be good to keep in the center console for road trips if a change needed to be made or log. When it comes time for major changes I could break out the laptop. This one seems to get great reviews and with 8 hours of useable battery life and only $250 doesn't seem too bad.

I have one of these that I plan to install HP Tuner onto and keep in my truck at all time. I have the same idea you do in that if I need to get a log or make a simple change I want something with me at all times.
It's just a little Dell Mini Laptop

I use a dell mini 9 also.
I put it in my bdu cargo pocket during deer season to check all my cameras
And use it for tuning.
Had mine for 3 years now and its still kicking. Battery isnt the best at holding a good. Charge anymore. But it works.

I hate the keyboards on the mini laptops plus when I don't need it my wife can mess with it. She loves my moms iPad so maybe buying this for me and her using it will keep her off my *** about getting her an iPad. Plus its the perfect size for watching movies on when I'm at early morning concrete pours.

I dont think a tab will have enough memory to store all the stuff once you start tuning. I probably have hundreds of tunes/logs on my laptop... Maybe im wrong but itd sure be cool to try!
