Have you tried disabling the P1516 code at all? Just set it to no error reported and no CEL

Back about a year ago I had a P1514 make my truck go into REP in traffic. had to whip out the laptop real quick, clear the code and even disabled it so I could make it home just fine. Never went into REP again after I disabled it, but I eventually made the "proper" calibration for the P1514/P0068 diag tables.

I did end up disabling it at the track and was able to make a few passes without going in to REP. I have it re-enabled now and it doesn't really effect normal driving since it only has shown up at the top of 2nd gear during long WOT runs. I'm hoping I can find out what is causing the issue and fix it instead of disabling the code though.

Ah ok, but when you had it disabled it felt alright and didn't ever throw the code?

Yep best I could tell it seemed fine going down the track with the code disabled.
I was able to get all the way down the track anyway without any noticeable issues.

Other than how slow I was ..lol Hopefully I can tune the power back into it.

After checking my ETC Max Predicted MAF Flow table I found that I did not change that table from stock which previously didn't matter I guess since I was running SD. So I upped it 25% and made 3 test runs up to 80 mph without issue. So keeping my fingers crossed that I am just a dumbass and that was causing the problem.

you're not a dumbass lol. you're smarter than 90% of the LSx enthusiasts our there just because you can tune your own truck. Some people be stoopid, trust me.

Glad you got it figured out, now we need some times/dyno info

Now if i can find the spare time to rework the timing table and get back to the track before it turns cold around here. Wish I could put it on a dyno and do some tuning that way, but my fundage won't allow that.

Timing is easy!
Just command 30 degress and you'll be good
