I set my whole min table to 98% and it locks fast and hard enough to be mistaken for another gear. 80%ish seams to work good for me.

You could alwas send you VCM off to some-one with HPTuner, have them change the min duty cycle and you keep on tuning. but it sounds like EFI is going to come out with a update shortly. So it would only be worth while IMO if the tcc apply speed is really driving you nuts.

Much better. I set the min PWM to 80%, and it locks faster and firmer. I still want a little more, so I'll probably bring it up a little more. What is yours set at?

I have 80% in one tune, and 98% in another.
There are times when the 80% tune will comand the tcc to lock but it still slips a few hundered rpm. (pisses me off)until I go 0% throttle and back, That unlocks and then locks firm like it should. I think there are more tables that control the tcc, I just can't see them with HP. How many tables are in the new version of EFI?

My tranny runs a lot cooler now that I upped the duty cycle. I'll have to try something like 85% and see how that works. I'm looking at about a 15-20* drop in tranny temp, puts them back down closer to what I was used to before the swap. Very good

EFI has the following TCC tables:

TCC Parameters (just has Upshift TCC Lock - yes or no)
TCC Apply Speeds - Second Gear
TCC Apply Speeds - Third Gear
TCC Apply Speeds - Fourth Gear
TCC Release Speeds - Second Gear
TCC Release Speeds - Third Gear
TCC Release Speeds - Fourth Gear
TCC Throttle Release - Second Gear
TCC Throttle Release - Third Gear
TCC Throttle Release - Fourth Gear
TCC Pressure Parameters (min and max TCC pressures)
TCC Solenoid Minimum PWM
TCC Solenoid Maximum PWM
TCC Pressure Apply Rate
