You can see how the circuits are paired up

B & D are just grounds and could be tied together just like the LS2

H & E are both 5 volt wires and they may have the same driver or they may not, but all you need is one of the two

Then you are down to your 6 wires like the LS2

Hmmmmmm I wounder what the X link does?

5.3 and ls2 have opposite signals....need to use a vette TAC to do a simple re-pin and you dont get the full blade travel IIRC.

Take a look at the Circuit ID numbers

when i first switched to a 90mm, i used the speartech harness (8-6pin) and a corvette TAC...it worked, but not 100% throttle opening.

the diagrams do seem to indicate a simple re-pin would do the trick. not sure about motor direction vs signal in each TB though.

I would do it by circuit number rather than pin location or even + & -
The circuit numbers are really the way engineering looks at them

The TPS signals need to be moving in the same direction, rather than opposite directions as with the LS2, LS3 and 87mm truck TBs.

Have you ever had one open?
We are in the process of purchasing TPS's for them.
How many used T-Bodies do you have or have tossed in the last 5 years?
I see that you are a GM tech. You should have a few.

Not a tech but have come across quite a few bad TB's. I have had these open and have even modified the sensor boards.

My bad, but you have a GMIN correct?
