Have not had time to work on it this week. Doing work on the house and waiting on some parts from the truck.

I'm not sure if it would help you at all but my 2300 came with a 3 bolt TB adapter plate kit. I was having TB issues like you were with my LS2 90mm TB and harness, so I bolted my OEM 3 bolt TB (2002 Tahoe, maybe 78mm?) on the 2300 and it worked.

The LS2 TB with adapter wiring haness would open 100% when the key went on (engine off) stay open for 10 seconds or so and then shut. I could then hit the gas pedal and it responded perfectly. As soon as I started the engine, the TB would not respond and it would set codes. I gave up.

Ok.. I've read a few pages of this thread and I was wondering if the two sensors that are on the driver side of the TB have been checked?

If I'm wrong, sorry I mentioned it.

Have you tried a new PCM, but instead of flashing it with HPT, try EFILive... or at least a different running version of HPT. I know a while back that HPT had some issues with burning up TAC modules, and what not in a beta release.

The sensors are built into the throttle body on the drive by wire TBs. He has tried several different throttle bodies and several X-Links.

Problems with the wiring, OS or PCM are possibilities.
