Question Tips for installing a LC-1 wideband and XD-16 gauge?

Does anyone have any tips or wiring diagrams for installing a LC-1 wideband and XD-16 gauge? I don't want to become one of the fried LC-1 club members. I plan on using it with HP Tuners. What the best way to hook it up to that?

What's the best place to ground the LC-1 and XD1 on a truck. I heard there a bitch to get grounded right. Also where is the best place to tap for power.
