I have seen that problem before, and fixed it by plugging in the rear O2s but tying them up and out of the way. I would give that a try. What year is your truck, 2005?

04 now that you say that, seems like I never had this problem with the obx headers & had all the 02's plugged in. I change so much at one time..

Too many people with trucks and cars running monster cans daily, prolly just needs tweaking in open loop. I've done geez, ms4, Texas giant cans, and the bastard cam known as the tr230 (reverse split). They all were dd, but did take some time to get the drivability right.

You should make another log just for the hell of it, but add commanded AFR to your pids list.

Commanded afr and afr error is something I've been having trouble with. I make a pid that shows up & as soon as I start scanning is says unsupported!?!?

plugging in the rear 02's seemed to make a difference. still went to rich at idle with the idle back to 750rpms. seems like 850rpm is the majic number. take a look
