Default truck feels a lot slower with a/c on

when i turn my a/c on my truck feels like it looses about 1/2 of its power. it pretty much feels like its bone stock again. scott posted a little about this and said corey fixed it for him but doesnt know what he did. (link below)

can anyone tell me what needs to be changed so i can tell my tuner how to fix this for me? thanks

Here you go fellow EFI Live guy!!

I disabled B4358 and B4359 one if for idle and the other i assume is driving also you can decrease the values in B4369. Below are stock values...

B4358/B4359

B4369
