In the HP Tuner's section, its under Engine and Torque Management then Engine Torque and you'll see the labels there on what you need to change. I would leave about 5 in the highest map settings so it will help pull some timing during hard loads otherwise, you'll get a good deal of knock. I've tried.....

Rather than play around with the tune to try and compensate for the load of the AC, I "fixed" my lower power with a/c on issue with adjustments to the compressor disable/enable rpm's, and tps enable/disable settings.
HPTuners table attached below.
I simply have my compressor kick off at 75% TPS and 3500 rpm, instead of the stock tune's 100% TPS/5250 rpm's compressor disable settings. After all, if I am driving around at less than 75% TPS and under 3500 rpm's, I am just cruising anyway. Above that, say for merging/passing/etc., I have full power.
These minor changes work great on my truck, and also on my LS1 powered Camaro. Obviously, these settings can be catered and fine-tuned to your personal preference.

I simply have my compressor kick off at 75% TPS and 3500 rpm, instead of the stock tune's 100% TPS/5250 rpm's compressor disable settings.
