Question tune issue with new 07 vmax

for truck in signature

I have been working with a professional tuner[non-sponsor]
I have hpt and copied stock tune and sent to him, he wrote some tunes, i did some logs with his tunes for tweaking etc, got the tune down very well, truck runs like a rocket.

But, we have one issue we haven't been able to figure..as follows

after the truck has been sitting for a while, when you first get underway, normal daily driving.. it feels like you just ran out of fuel or the fuel pump guit.
the truck won't rev, the tach stays at about 1000rpm, you gotta put it nuetral and blip the throttle 5-6 times for it to start to rev again. it mostly occurs if you back off the throttle and then try and acclerate again,
it only happens after the truck has been sitting and once you will drive for awhile it works perfect. it is not temp related as it occurs hot or cold. it is not gear related, tried starting in drive and 3rd.
logs don't should much, tsp change doesn't even show up when blipping throttle.
Yes, i put back to stock to make sure it is a tune issue

my tuner has only changed the tm, abuse mode , shift patterns, line pressure etc, not really worked on fueling and timing tables.

i have the tunes and logs on my laptop, if anyone has hpt and wants to have a look, lets me know and i'll send or post em

tuner may not appreciate it, I haven't asked,
Nelson, wheatley, waitforme etc wouldn't post a tune on a public forum
it is a business after all
but email should be cool vs public posting

If you are trying to attach the tune, sometimes you can rename the file to .doc or something similar and the person who recieves it can re-name it.
