you really need to check into a custom tune

but if you insist on a handleheld i think nelson writes tunes for diablo

Yeah....but for about the same price you can get a custom tune and some with free updates if you add mods later....

PCM= power control module, think the brain of the truck. Basically, it controls the engine and transmission, like how much fuel to inject, when to spark, when to shift, how firm, etc.

EDIT: It looks like this and is located under the hood, at the front of the driver's side, behind a black plastic cover that snaps off...

just call any of the tuners & talk to them - you won't regret it.
just about everybody on here has a custom tune for a reason - they get so much more out of your engine than a generic handheld tune

me - i got a Blackbear tune & he even got my truck running with an oddball engine/trans setup on the first try through the mail. i'm fixing to upgrade to a live scan tune when i get my headers/cam & would recommend him to anyone

AutoCal- if you have a 6spd, it is the only handheld that will tune your TCM.

if i didnt have someone tuning my truck for me via hp tuners i would def go with a sponsor. ditch the handheld...thats what everyone is gonna tell u
