what wires does the box need? any thing other than the evap wires and the trans wires? i keep seeing things about low reference grounds, but lextechs wiring file doesn't say anything about them

i am curious to learn how to tune my 99 tahoe by myself...I have taken my truck to be dynotuned, but prefer to "Do it myself" instead of trusting poeple. What equipment will i need to tune the truck properly? I was also thinking of the 411 swap and understand that HOG said you have to have some sort of file from a 01-02 van to start with, can you just get the pcm out of a used van and use that for a swap? If not where do you get the van file?

Hey Whipled2dr....if you don't mind me asking....how did you go about tuning for the 42's?
Just IFR or did you also change pulse width, voltage offset etc?
I can't find ANY info/spec's on the 42's
Thanks
Howard
