Dealer won't be able to unlock a tunerlocked pcm
Ask any tuner thats come across a tunerlocked pcm, if its tunerlocked you won't be able to read or write to it, that includes tech 2.
If I, as a representative of a popular tuning software company that offers tunerlocking, cannot convince you I guess you won't be convinced by anyone though.
