USB serial driver question for HPtuners

hey, i got a new laptop 2 days ago with Windows Vista on it. had no trouble installing HPtuners, everything is up to date and running fine(program wise). but when i try plugging in the interface wire to the laptop, windows asks me to install the driver for the "USB Serial Device." i don't know where to get this driver. i searched the original HPT CD and it searched the windows update and found no drivers.

any ideas of getting my computer to recognize my wire?

if i recall correctly. you have to put the usb-interface in first (without software installed) It should install "A" and then "B". Then you can install the software.
