Default Use 2002 Tahoe PCM for LQ4 swap?

Can I drive the tahoe with 02 pcm 5.3 program on the 03 LQ4 swap? How will it run? I'm trying to locate a PCM for a nelson tune. Will the 03 Lq4 work or should I use the 02 5.3 vin T PCm. What about emissions, will it pass on the nelson tune?

If your using the 02' Intake setup (cable throttle body) then keep the 02' PCM. If you switched over to drive by wire throttle body, then you'll need the 03' PCM.
They are very different between the two years.

I"m putting the 02 cable throttle body on the 03 LQ4 manifold if it fits. Does it?

I believe the TB mounting bolts are different. If you have both of them, why not compare them?
