ve table high?
so I have been trying to tune in the new motor and it seems I am having to add way more to my ve table then I think I should be. Modes are in my sig and I am running cos3 mafless. Truck runs good for the most part just not happy with the ve table. Also I have logged some to find what timing and afr makes best mpg but how can I set that up with out killing part throttle driving at normal times versus cruising?

you can email it to me at andrewme05@ymail.com. By that screen shot it looks like it is taking away fueling. Make sure you apply the filter, then copy with labels, go to tune tool, Main ve, paste and multiply with labels.

The VE table does not look too bad however it does have some "Cliffs" in it... It needs to be smoother. Air flows smooth, i just does not speed up and slow down that quickly...
Your spark table needs some work. Personally i would take out about 10-15* from the entire thing. Let me explain why.....
Since your a 6.0 with a cam and headers your probably pulling around .75-.80 Grams/Cylinder.... Also your in texas sooo lets just say your IATs are in the mid to upper 90*s now.... Your commanding:
At 4400rpm
Base Spark of 27*
Given your commanded AFR your adding 4.5*
Your subtracting 1.1* due to IAT...
So your final spark is 27 + 4.5 - 1.1 = 30* at 4400.... Which is a tad bit high for this time of year... I personally would knock that down about 2-4*...
At your shift point (6400) your doing about the same, slightly more...
your part throttle timing is in the mid 50s to mid 40s for crusiing.... Once again i would knock that down about 10-15*s....

NA you want the afr around 12.7 You are commanding more fuel through A0014. set it to 1 across the board until you get the tune straitend out, then adjust it to whats needed to keep the afr steady.

justin at blackbear said to set fuel around 14.1 I think since the e10 o and corey to make it better im down in south la right now so hotter and a lot more humid. Truck has yet to see over 4500 rpm as I mostly am stuck in traffic to and from work.
