welcome to the tuning world folks...
retunes are not a high priority simply because they donot generate money..
I would be the same way...JMO
man sends cash I get on his first, and then take care of the warranty tune..
it's pretty much like that where ever you go, some just have faster customer service than others

Eh $150 is a cheap lesson in my book. Plus I got an extra PCM.

Granted I didnt have the PCM pin, just had the wire stripped a little and shoved in there so that could have been it. When I get teh pin installed if the fans dont work I will be pissed. My truck wont run on the stock tune, so Im suposed to be without a truck for a week or so? Um no. I'll be saving for a Futral, or Nelson tune.
On a good note though. Jessie hit the nail on teh head the first tune, and I know its got to be hard to tune a 6l with a custom cam through the mail, I think he's just too busy, and in a little over his head. I also think the re-tunes should be taken care of first. he can't have that many, and were in a bind waiting for our **** back. Last time it took over a week to get my tune back

OMG, I feel like I could have typed the exact same thing. Same setup and all. I guess I need to call Jesse and see if he will retune my stocker. The PCM I have now I can drive on, but if I turn on the AC, she's gonna die.

Well, If Jesse has said it was possible, I'd tend to believe him. I'm not sure what he'd have to gain by making something like that up.

I might be able to add my 2cents worth. I just got my pcm back with a retune and it ran like crap. Something wierd with the throttle, and the shifting seemed loose. I was ready to send it back, but then I read somewhere that computer needs to relearn the truck (not talking about crank position sensor). So I took the truck up on the interstate and did some speed cycles from 70 back down to 45 without using the breaks. Actually I didn't even use the footpedle, I just used the cruise control. I did this for about 10 miles. After doing this it feels much better. I have about 250 miles on the retune. I guess the trick is to not use the breaks when you are cycling the speeds. Oh well, it worked for me, like I said just my 2cents worth.

I have only had one tune from Jesse and I think he hit it right on the spot, have never had problems with it???? I understand how frustrating it could be when your truck is running wrong, maybe you need to get ahold of him and tell him that you are not a satisfied customer??? like I have said before I have send him about 6 different friends and they are all happy with their tune and have not had a problem with the tunes either???

I havent talked to him yet, I did do some data loging, so he should be able to get the tune dead nuts on. The idle problem is going to be hard to do through the mail who ever you are. My problem is Jessies re-tune procedure. My truck WILL NOT run on the stock tune, and its my daily driver, so its hard for me to send him my PCM to get it right, then send it back if its not so on and so forth. I almost need to buy another tune, but I dont think I should have to. If he offers free re-tunes, I should be able to get as many as it takes to get it right, but if I have to send it back 20 times till EVERYTHING is right, with shipping and car rental I may as well just have it Dyno tuned by FMS, Thunder, or even drive to SA. My problems are minor, and nothing that can't easily be fixed except for the idle issue. I understand that a 112 lsa is hard to get tuned right in a A4 anyway, and really hard throught the mail, Im not nocking Jesse, just stating the issues I am having.
