Default what do i want when i get my dyno tune?

just curious what i should tell the guy what i want him to do as far as torque management and abuse mode and things that will help my performance but not hurt my longevity in the motor. is there any places or can you tell me what to say? my mods are a few things but i want some decent gains on a 87-91 octane tune.

EDIT: i have the ETC if that will help me.

i have 100% tm removed on a stock trans. and no problems yet. shifts great, besides that, i am of no help as i know nothing about tuning. all i told the guy is that i want really good part-throttle driveability, and i want it to shift firm, but not break my neck. and i told him to make it shift as hard as possible at WOT.

when you drive your truck hard almost every minute of every day it goes into abuse mode which is as I best know how to put it - 100% torque management x 10 realistically

it pulls excessive amount of timing and keeps yo from hurting motor and tranny from drive abuse

Tell him to take 100% engine tq man out and only 75% out of the tranny. You prolly won't be able to tell the difference but the trans will, just make him aware of how agressive ya want it and how you plan to drive the beast..

Keep in mind... slippage wears it out faster... so I'm told. Got a 2L60E trans in my C10 now. LOL... 3/4 clutch packs gone after 2500 miles of beatin' the crap out of the drivetrain (bent d-shaft & tailhousing too). Of course, I was told the trans had ~28K miles on it before I got it.

If he is a good tuner he will know the fuel an air. I wouldn't put any line pressure to it, instead get a shift kit...
