Yes true but what about WOT? I know you bypassed your FPCM. How did you end up doing that? I'm pretty sure all I need is to use a low voltage relay from circuit ecm that goes to FPCM. Green/white wire. I can use that signal to Low voltage relay and use that to engerize my main fuel pump relay. Is that what you did?

Seems to be pretty straight foward from what I've read and learned.

it's pretty simple. 99% of the vehicles on the road that are 2k and newer can handle e85 in the fuel system itself. most of your states have a varying ethanol content from 5-20% depending on what part of the year it is. this does actually effect the final desired afr, however. widebands will not show the change since they are not designed too.

if you set the base stoich on a non flex fuel vehicle to 10.4 you cover a range from 10-11.0. most of your e85 out of the pump falls between 10.3-10.6 which floats between 70-80% ethanol content. not a big deal really. i ran it with great results in my cobalt. a none flex fuel vehicle. a lot of people here in kc run in performance vehicles. from 300whp honda's to 1000+whp lsx cars and everything in between. the shops who will not tune "out of the pump e85" are only cornering themselves.

simple stuff really.

over build fuel system
set stoich to 10.4
use wideband like you would normal gasoline. with the intent of keeping it a little on the rich side.

i run 12.0 afr in the truck on e85, and 12.6-12.8 on gasoline.

whats safe for e85 in boost?

i keep trying to figure out a way to run e85 but its going to take two magnafuel 4303's and a fuel cell with a -10 feed. . pretty much have to make your fuel system twice as big as it was for gasoline.

that is a question for you on the dyno actually. i ran 11.0-11.3 in my cobalt. 27-29psi, 27 degree's of timing on e. i spent a lot of time on the rollers with it and found that afr for that engine was the happy spot. every engine is different. just a simple rule of thumb i learned for e85. a little richer that the excepted norm.
