I put mine in the factory hole of the pacesetters & welded a bung on the side for 02 sensor..

This is what I did. When I made the exhaust system I welded extra bungs before the cat converters on either side. I only use mine for tuning, so when I am done I will put the factory NBO2's back in the front location and plug the other holes. I also have mine hooked up through the cigarette lighter so it can easily be installed or removed. I can install it in any vehicle just by welding in a new O2 bung(if there isn't already one there), and plugging it in the cig lighter.

Where can i get a wide band sensor for a 99 silverado 5.3. Do you only need it for one bank or both.

They are universal aftermarket, and you only need one.
