Default wideband tuning via EGR

I want to log my wideband O2 sensor (LC-1) through the "EGR" input into the PCM. I have an '04 wiring harness / ECM and wiring diagram, but of course it doesn't show an EGR line since there never was one.

So what pin in the ECM corresponds to the EGR? What years of trucks had EGR?

Thanks!
